Hand and foot fever is Yin deficiency or Yang deficiency

Fever in hands and feet is usually due to yin deficiency, but non-pathological factors can also lead to fever in hands and feet.
Yang deficiency and yin deficiency belong to traditional Chinese medicine diseases. Yang deficiency is usually caused by insufficient yang qi, which makes the body function decline and heat deficiency. Clinically, it is mainly cold syndrome, such as fear of cold, coldness of limbs, pale complexion, etc.; while yin deficiency is usually caused by deficiency of yin fluid, which makes it impossible to balance yang qi, which makes deficiency heat endogenous.
