Diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia

The diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia include the following: (1) consciousness disturbance;(2) respiratory rate greater than 30 breaths per minute;(3) hypoxemia and blood oxygen partial pressure less than 60 mmHg, oxygenation index less than 300;(4) blood pressure less than 90 mmHg, showing shock blood pressure;(5) lesion area ≥50% within 48 hours of admission;(6) urine volume less than 20 ml in 1 hour and less than 80 ml in 4 hours.
