Obstructive pneumonia must be lung cancer?

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by swelling of the distal end of the bronchioles and destruction of the walls of the airways, normally caused by chronic bronchitis. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor of the bronchial and pulmonary epithelium. Its symptoms are similar to COPD, but more malignant. In fact, the two diseases are completely different.
