What are the main symptoms of obstructive emphysema?

Obstructive emphysema is also a type of emphysema. Other types include compensatory emphysema and senile emphysema. Obstructive emphysema may present with coughing, expectoration followed by dyspnea as the disease progresses. There may be no obvious symptoms at an early stage, and later it may present with stairs, shortness of breath, wheezing, fatigue, loss of appetite, headache, drowsiness, and confusion. Sometimes infection may be accompanied by wet rales, which are the main symptoms of obstructive emphysema.
