How does moisture in the human body come about?

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
The body's moisture can be divided into two types: internal humidity and external humidity. The causes are different.
1. Internal humidity and
internal humidity are closely related to spleen deficiency. Eating cold and greasy food often causes spleen and stomach damage. Spleen transport function declines, which can lead to cold accumulation in the body. The decline of stomach transport function can lead to food decomposition and digestion, resulting in metabolic waste in the body not being discharged from the body, thus forming moisture.
2. External
humidity is mainly caused by living in wetlands and environmental factors. Long-term living in water, basement or frequent rain and wading can lead to sweat on the skin surface not being transmitted normally. Wet muscles can form moisture after soaking in the body.
