Which part of the cold hand moxibustion

Moxibustion on Mingmen (Mingmen), Guanyuan (Guanyuan) and Yaoyangguan (Yaoyangguan) points can be used to treat cold hands and feet.

1. Mingmen (Mingmen) is

located between the spinous processes of the second and third lumbar vertebrae, in the lumbar fascia, supraspinous ligament and interspinous ligament. Moxibustion on this point helps to strengthen the body, strengthen the waist and knees, and improve the symptoms of cold hands and feet.

2. Guanyuan (Guanyuan) is

located three inches below the umbilicus. It has the effect of strengthening the body and tonifying the lower energizer. Moxibustion on Guanyuan (Guanyuan) helps to improve the cold hands and feet caused by qi loss.

3. Yaoyangguan (Yaoyangguan) is

located in the depression below the spinous process of the fourth lumbar vertebra. Acupuncture on this point can relieve dizziness, headache, depression, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, cold hands and feet to a certain extent.
