Red spots on the back of your hand. Is that AIDS?

Red spots on the back of the hand may not be caused by AIDS, but may be induced by urticaria, contact dermatitis, eczema and allergies. Skin examination and AIDS antibody test should be performed in hospital. If diagnosed as allergy, anti-allergy drugs and topical corticosteroid ointment should be taken in hospital according to doctor's advice.
