How to rule out tuberculosis

There are many ways to rule out tuberculosis. The most effective and convenient method is the tuberculin test. After subcutaneous injection of pure protein derivatives, observe the injection site for redness and induration. Although the tuberculin test is not critical to the diagnosis of tuberculosis, the absence of redness and induration can rule out tuberculosis, which is more meaningful to rule out tuberculosis. At the same time, pulmonary tuberculosis can be ruled out according to lung imaging findings. Lung imaging is of great significance for early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. If there is no obvious abnormality or tuberculosis change in lung imaging, pulmonary tuberculosis can be ruled out. However, it is difficult to distinguish pulmonary tuberculosis from pneumonia and lung cancer in clinical work, so other means need to be selected for differentiation.
