Treatment of advanced lung cancer with bone metastasis

Advanced lung cancer with bone metastases can only be treated by symptomatic treatment, which can be improved by special methods, such as radiotherapy to relieve pain and reduce the risk of fracture, or external irradiation. Chemotherapy is the basis of treatment for bone metastases and should be performed on top of other treatments. Surgical treatment aims to relieve pain and reduce the risk of pathological fracture. The prognosis of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer is relatively poor, and the survival time is relatively short.
