BP 95/115. Is that a problem?

Blood pressure 95/115 generally refers to diastolic blood pressure 95 mm Hg, systolic blood pressure 115 mm Hg, usually has problems.

In the case of people at rest, without antihypertensive drugs, normal diastolic blood pressure is 60-89 mm Hg, systolic blood pressure is 90-139 mm Hg. If the diastolic blood pressure is ≥90 mm Hg and systolic blood pressure is ≥140 mm Hg on three different days, it can be diagnosed as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure 115 mm Hg is within the normal range, but diastolic blood pressure 95 mm Hg is outside the normal range, indicating high blood pressure. Clinically, when diastolic and systolic blood pressure belong to different grades, the higher grade should prevail. Therefore, if diastolic blood pressure is 95 mm Hg and systolic blood pressure is 115 mm Hg on three clinic examinations, grade 1 hypertension can be diagnosed.
