Sinus rhythm left atrial hypertrophy is how to return a responsibility

Passionate about making a difference.
Sinus rhythm left atrium enlargement is usually caused by hypertensive heart disease, congenital heart disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy.
1. Hypertensive heart
disease due to elevated blood pressure, leading to left atrial overload, causing left atrium enlargement, rhythm is not affected.
2. Congenital heart disease
Congenital heart disease may occur ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and other conditions, leading to the basic structure of the heart disorder, resulting in left atrial hypertrophy, but normal rhythm.
3. Ischemic cardiomyopathy
with ischemic cardiomyopathy will lead to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia, necrosis, etc., affecting cardiac function, severe changes in cardiac structure, leading to increased left atrial volume.
