Malignant hypertension is hypertension emergency. The common causes of hypertension emergency can be divided into basic causes and inducing factors.
1. Basic causes
such as renin angiotensin system and stress natriuretic effect may lead to decreased perfusion and functional damage of end organs, causing ischemia of heart, brain and kidney, etc., resulting in hypertension emergency due to functional damage of target organs.
2. Inducing
factors such as mental trauma, emotional agitation, abnormal nerve reflex, abnormal endocrine hormone level, etc., which are easy to cause sympathetic nerve excitation and activation and release of vasoconstrictor active substances, thus causing hypertension emergency.
