Can acupuncture cure cervical spondylosis?

Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can usually treat cervical spondylosis, but it is generally not cured.

Cervical spondylosis usually leads to muscle tension and spasm in the neck. Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can promote local blood circulation, relax tense muscles, relieve pain, stiffness and other discomfort symptoms, and has a certain therapeutic effect. However, cervical spondylosis is usually accompanied by improvement of cervical physiological curvature. Acupuncture cannot restore the physiological anatomical position of the cervical spine, and usually cannot be cured.

Cervical spondylosis can also be treated by massage, traction, etc.
