Are there gaps in orthodontic teeth?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
The patient does orthodontic treatment for malocclusion. Generally speaking, there will be no gaps after orthodontic treatment. For example, there are scattered gaps in the teeth. If the teeth are severely crowded, the gaps will be closed after the teeth are pulled out. After the teeth are aligned, the gaps will naturally become smaller. Even if the teeth are not completely aligned, the gaps will already be closed. Therefore, after orthodontic treatment, there should be no abnormal gap between the teeth after orthodontic treatment, but there should be normal adjacent gaps. There is still a normal adjacent gap between the teeth without orthodontic treatment. This is a normal phenomenon that does not need to be dealt with. However, there will be no abnormal gaps after orthodontic treatment.
