Mitral valve stenosis symptoms and signs

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
The symptoms and signs of mitral stenosis are dyspnea, hemoptysis, cough, etc. The specific analysis is as follows:
1. Dyspnea
After mitral stenosis occurs, it will cause left atrium enlargement, resulting in increased resistance of pulmonary vein blood flow to left atrium, causing pulmonary congestion, affecting respiratory function, and symptoms of dyspnea will occur at this time.
2. Hemoptysis After
mitral stenosis occurs, it will lead to sharp increase of left atrial pressure, causing rupture of bronchial vein vessels, stimulating bronchus, leading to bronchospasm, and symptoms of hemoptysis will occur at this time.
3. Cough after
mitral stenosis will lead to enlargement of left atrium, compression of trachea, causing bronchospasm, and symptoms of cough will occur at this time.
