How to treat large tooth loose pain

If the tooth is loose and painful, oral examination and apical film should be taken. If there are caries, cracks, bacterial infection, dental pulp secretions break through the apical foramen, pulp drainage should be opened under local anesthesia. After pain relief, remove dental pulp tissue and complete root canal treatment. After a week, the loosening and pain are obviously relieved.
