40-year-old man, how much normal blood pressure?

Your health, my commitment.
A 40-year-old man's normal blood pressure level should be between 90-139mmHg systolic and 60-89mmHg diastolic.
Blood pressure refers to the pressure caused by flowing blood on the blood vessel wall. Since blood pressure levels are not affected by factors such as age and gender, the normal blood pressure level of a 40-year-old man is consistent with that of an adult, and systolic blood pressure is between 90-139mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is between 60-89mmHg. If a man's blood pressure shows systolic blood pressure ≥140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg three times a day, he can be diagnosed as hypertension.
Since blood pressure values fluctuate due to strenuous exercise, emotional stress, drinking strong tea, etc., it is recommended to measure multiple times at rest to improve the accuracy of measurement results.
