If the tooth crown is damaged deeply and the buccal surface, lingual surface and adjacent surface are intact, the necrotic pulp can be removed, washed and disinfected, and the root canal can be filled. If there is little residual tooth tissue, the post crown can be made. If the X-ray shows perforation of the pulp chamber floor, the damaged pulp can be repaired with MTA. If the teeth are obviously loose, the roots are short, and the healing is poor, the affected teeth can be extracted under local anesthesia to complete the immediate implant denture restoration.
