After stenting, patients should be reexamined once at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, and then reexamined once at 6-12 months.
In the first week after stenting, patients should be reexamined for blood routine, ECG, etc. to monitor physical recovery. In the first month, patients should be reexamined for liver function, blood lipids, blood glucose, ECG exercise test, etc. to understand whether abnormal lipids and electrolytes occur, and whether exercise tolerance increases. In the third month, cardiac ultrasound and blood biochemistry should be reexamined to determine whether cardiac remodeling or enlargement occurs. The reexamination items in the sixth month are roughly the same as those in the third month to continuously monitor cardiac status. In addition to routine examinations at month 12, coronary CTA should be re-examined to understand the status of the stent and the status of the lower extremity vessels. Then re-examination should be performed every 6-12 months to detect abnormalities in time and deal with them in time. In
