What is the risk of atherosclerosis?

Your well-being is my goal.
Atherosclerosis is commonly referred to as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which can be dangerous.
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a cardiovascular disease caused by atherosclerosis in the coronary arteries. Coronary atherosclerosis mainly refers to cholesterol deposits on the inner wall of blood vessels that form plaques. These plaques are generally unstable and easy to form clots and block blood vessels. If blood flow in the coronary arteries is significantly blocked, myocardial ischemia may occur, manifested as angina pectoris or myocardial infarction. These conditions are acute coronary syndromes, a serious consequence of atherosclerosis and can be life-threatening, so coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can be dangerous.
