Normal value of neonatal jaundice index

The normal value of neonatal jaundice index should be 12.9 mg/100 ml, which is a full-term baby. If it is premature, the normal value of jaundice should be 15 mg/100 ml of blood. Most neonatal jaundice refers to physiological jaundice. Don't worry too much, it can disappear on its own. If it does not disappear for more than two weeks, it is pathological jaundice.
