Heart function level 3 is not heart failure

Heart failure

is a syndrome in which the heart fails to pump blood efficiently to all parts of the body, resulting in hypoxia, edema and other symptoms, so heart failure is not heart failure.

If a patient suspects heart failure, it should be diagnosed in conjunction with other tests, such as physical examination, ECG, cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, and cardiac X-ray.
