Flat wart and fat particles are clinically common diseases, but there are certain differences between the two, such as fat particles are mainly caused by cortical secretions covered by the stratum corneum; flat wart is caused by hpv virus infection. Fat particles generally occur around the eyes; and flat wart occurs more limbs.
