Disturbance and vomiting may be caused by improper diet, hypertension, myocarditis, infectious endocarditis and other reasons. If the patient eats a lot of greasy, cold and spicy food for a long time, it may lead to upset, nausea and other symptoms due to excessive gastrointestinal burden. Patients with hypertension may cause sudden increase in intracranial pressure after emotional excitement or stimulation, resulting in restlessness, palpitation, nausea and vomiting. Patients with myocarditis due to myocardial ischemia to a certain extent, resulting in insufficient return blood volume, usually also cause panic, restlessness, nausea and vomiting and other symptoms.
Infective endocarditis usually occurs when infection occurs elsewhere in the body and spreads to the heart. Patients often experience fever, skin bruising, anxiety, and loss of appetite.
