What causes heart pain?

Heart pain may be caused by myocarditis, angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction and other reasons.

1. Myocarditis

patients with myocardial inflammatory lesions, inflammatory cells can stimulate its myocardial cells and surrounding tissues, resulting in symptoms of heart pain.

2. Angina

patients with coronary artery insufficiency, resulting in imbalance of blood supply and demand in the heart, patients may appear myocardial ischemia, hypoxia, heart pain, palpitations and other manifestations.

3. Acute myocardial infarction

patients with coronary atherosclerosis, coronary dissection rupture, can lead to its heart muscle ischemia, necrosis, cardiac function impairment, patients can be manifested as precordial pain, chest discomfort and so on.
