What to check for sacrococcyx pain?

Building a healthier future, together.
Clinically, the patient has pain at the sacrococcyx part. Different examination methods can be selected according to the patient's clinical manifestations during specific examination, such as the patient's sacrococcyx part. After receiving external force, the patient feels local needle-like pain, accompanied by local swelling, subcutaneous bruising, local tenderness positive and percussion pain positive, which affects the bending activity of the patient. X-ray film of sacrococcyx part can be taken to confirm whether there is coccyx fracture. If fracture occurs, local plaster for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be given, and oral bone-setting drugs can be given at the same time. If the patient shows pain in the sacrococcyx area, accompanied by hypoaesthesia in the surrounding skin, MRI or ultrasound examination of the sacrococcyx area can be taken to confirm whether there is a local cyst.
