A dull pain in the left hip. What's going on?

There are many clinical conditions that can cause patients to show dull pain in the left hip bone. For example, most patients suffer from fasciitis, synovitis, local bursitis or contracture of iliotibial band on the left hip, which can cause dull pain when the patient moves. The patient developed an old injury to the medial adductor muscle group of the hip, excessive lactic acid accumulation in the muscle, showing lactic acid metabolism disorders, and the patient could show dull pain after exercise. After the patient suffered from femoral head necrosis, the patient would feel dull pain in the hip in the early stage, and the patient's left lower limb would obviously increase when doing internal rotation. After taking CT images of the femoral head, obvious cystic changes could be seen in the femoral head.
