Diagnosis of fracture of lesser tuberosity of humerus

The diagnosis of humeral tuberosity fractures is based on symptoms, signs, and imaging findings. Humeral tuberosity fractures are often caused by indirect violence. Humeral tuberosity fractures can present with medial shoulder pain, limited mobility, and severe impairment of shoulder function. In physical examination, the proximal medial humerus showed tenderness, percussion pain, can cause local skin blue ecchymosis, local swelling is obvious, can cause shoulder joint abduction function is not obvious, shoulder joint adduction activity is obviously limited. In X-ray or CT examination, the severity of fracture and the direction of displacement can be clarified.
