How much is the normal blood pressure range for a 40-year-old man?

Healing hearts, healing lives.
The normal range of blood pressure in 40-year-old men is usually 90-139mmHg systolic and 60-89mmHg diastolic.
Blood pressure is divided into systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure is systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure is diastolic pressure. For 40-year-old men, if systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90mmHg measured three times on different days, hypertension can be diagnosed. If systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure is lower than 60mmHg, hypotension can be diagnosed. If blood pressure is abnormal, seek medical treatment promptly.
It is recommended to maintain good living habits, such as low-salt diet, moderate exercise, and mental health, to help maintain normal blood pressure levels.
