is a sulfur-containing amino acid and an intermediate product of methionine and cysteine metabolism. Under normal circumstances, homocysteine value is 5-15μmol/L. If it exceeds 15μ mol/L, it indicates that homocysteine is too high. It is considered to be related to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and other diseases. Therefore, homocysteine test can be used to diagnose diseases.
