Right greater tuberosity fracture is usually caused by local direct or indirect violent injury, such as falling, landing on the lateral side of shoulder joint during trauma or traction caused by violent contraction of deltoid muscle during strenuous exercise. If there is no obvious displacement of right greater tuberosity fracture, it can be treated by suspension fixation of triangular towel of shoulder joint or fixation of shoulder joint and abduction bracket. Generally fixed for about 4~6 weeks, and then removed for shoulder joint activities and exercises, patients can basically recover in about 2~3 months; if the fracture has obvious displacement, affecting shoulder joint activities, clinical more advocate open reduction and internal fixation surgery treatment, postoperative functional exercise as soon as possible. Due to local soft tissue surgery trauma, recovery will be slightly slower, generally takes about 3~6 months to fully recover.
