13-year-old girls with abdominal pain on both sides may be caused by overwork, abdominal cold, appendicitis, juvenile vaginitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. They should be admitted to hospital for abdominal ultrasound examination. If pelvic inflammatory disease is diagnosed, antibiotics should be taken for anti-infection treatment as prescribed.
