Homocysteine 13μmol/L generally does not require treatment. The

normal value of homocysteine is 5-15μmol/L, and this value can be used to assist in the diagnosis of certain diseases. If homocysteine is lower than normal, it has no clinical significance. Higher than normal may indicate hypothyroidism, cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction and other diseases. Homocysteine 13μmol/L is within the normal range, so treatment is usually not required.
