Children with leukemia

Children's blood routine examination can not be used as the basis for the diagnosis of leukemia, but also should be admitted to the hospital for bone marrow puncture, bone marrow cell immunologic typing and gene testing, among which bone marrow puncture has diagnostic significance. Childhood leukemia is mainly treated with chemotherapy, while supportive therapy and immunotherapy should also be coordinated. Bone marrow transplantation should also be carried out if necessary.
