is a kind of non-protein amino acid. Its normal level is 5-15μ mol/L, while 28.5 μ mol/L is slightly higher than the normal value. If it is only a simple high homocysteine level, it is caused by non-pathological factors such as alcoholism and smoking. Because there is no abnormal organic disease, most patients can be reduced to normal through active treatment. Generally, it is not serious. However, if the patient is caused by kidney disease, tumor and other reasons homocysteine level is high, or there are cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, osteoporosis and other organic diseases, it may be more serious.
