If the patient is caused by external force psoas muscle injury, showing low back pain, unable to move, can be the first choice to take MRI, can clearly see the extent of muscle damage. In addition, if the patient has lumbar tuberculosis, can take MRI of the lumbar spine, can confirm the presence and extent of tuberculosis lesions.
