Symptoms of cervical subluxation

Cervical subluxation is more common in clinical atlantoaxial subluxation. This kind of dislocation is more common in adolescents at present, because when the development is not perfect, it will cause atlantoaxial subluxation under some external force. The main manifestations are neck tilt to one side, anteversion, muscle stiffness, pain, local obvious tenderness in atlas. There is also a kind of dislocation that is cervical instability and degenerative degeneration. This kind of situation is more common in middle-aged and elderly people, causing sudden forward movement of vertebral body under sudden forward bending state, which may be self-reset after spasm or tension of posterior muscles. This kind of situation is also local tenderness, dare not rotate, and limited movement of forward bending and backward extension, which needs to be diagnosed clearly, generally requiring X-ray examination.
