Pain in the inner thigh root in the third trimester

Pain in the inner thigh root in the third trimester may be caused by separation of the pubic bone. In the third trimester, enlargement of the uterus and stretching of the ligaments teres may cause pain in both thighs at the junction. Patients may be treated with cold compresses or massages to relieve pain, taking care not to exercise vigorously during this period.
