First, debridement is performed and the wound is repeatedly rinsed with hydrogen peroxide to kill tetanus bacillus, including spores, that may be present inside the wound. After debridement, disinfect the wound with iodophor and suture the wound again, but it is best not to sew too tightly. If there is exudate inside the wound, it can be drained through the skin surface. At the same time, carefully check the wound for broken glass. If there is glass residue, remove it completely.
