Cardiac vascular obstruction refers to the acute reduction or interruption of coronary blood supply caused by vascular obstruction on the basis of coronary atherosclerosis and stenosis, which causes severe and continuous acute ischemia and necrosis of corresponding myocardium, thus causing acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris. Clinical symptoms include chest distress, chest pain, dyspnea, and even cardiac arrest. Treatment for acute myocardial infarction, especially ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction, feasible coronary angiography to identify coronary lesions and blocked sites, immediate opening of blood vessels, coronary stent implantation, or choose thrombolytic therapy; and anti-platelet aggregation, anticoagulation, coronary expansion, statin drugs to stabilize plaque and other treatments.
