Emergency medicine for sudden cardiac death

Sudden cardiac death is usually characterized by sudden and urgent clinical features. It normally shows no signs of sudden cardiac death. once it occurs, the effective treatment time is short. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be carried out immediately if sudden cardiac arrest is shown. Some commonly used emergency drugs, such as lidocaine, are the main antiarrhythmic drugs, and adrenaline and atropine, can be used for emergency treatment of sudden cardiac death. At the same time, oxygen inhalation, establishment of venous fluid path and ECG monitoring should be given, and if necessary, electrical defibrillation should be given as soon as possible.
