Severe heat stroke symptoms

The clinical manifestations of heat stroke are: 1. Heat spasm, a large amount of sweating after strenuous activity and drinking hypotonic liquid, showing headache, dizziness, painful spasm of abdominal muscle groups of limbs, limited limb movement. Sometimes abdominal pain and abdominal symptoms are similar, relieved in a few minutes, without obvious increase in body temperature, without mental disorder. 2. Heat exhaustion, mostly seen in the elderly, children and patients with chronic diseases. Severe heat stress, excessive loss of body fluids and sodium, resulting in insufficient circulation capacity. Manifestations are hyperhidrosis, fatigue, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting and muscle spasms, significantly increased heart rate, orthostatic hypotension or syncope. The central body temperature does not rise more than 40℃, no mental disorder. Third, heat stroke disease, showing high fever, body temperature exceeds 40℃, accompanied by mental disorder, damaged organs are brain, liver and kidney and heart in turn, showing renal failure, liver failure, rhabdomyolysis, even death, but also showing heart failure, edema, brain edema.
