Types and treatment of heatstroke

Heat stroke is divided into three stages: Heat cramp, heat exhaustion and heat stroke increase from mild to severe respectively. Heat cramp refers to continuous high temperature work without hydration, fatigue/muscle tightness/sweating/may be accompanied by fever (self-relief). Heat exhaustion refers to failure to replenish water in time leading to fever/dizziness/palpitation. Stop working immediately, cool down, supplement electrolyte water and rest. If the above methods cannot be relieved, see a doctor immediately. Be sure to prevent entering the critical stage of heatstroke, high fever/convulsion/rigidity/coma, may lead to death, should immediately seek medical attention to continue cooling. 1. Pay attention to early heatstroke should be timely supplemented with a small amount of electrolyte water. 2. Change sweaty clothes in time 3. Rest in time 4. Prevent excessive body temperature or excessive sweating.
