Heat stroke, cold or warm?

Empowering you to live your best life.
Heat stroke bathing is generally recommended to wash warm water, because heat stroke is mainly caused by high body temperature, causing cell damage. For mild to moderate heat stroke patients, giving patients a bath is also a process of fever, but heat stroke patients bath water temperature slightly lower than normal temperature can be. Generally choose warm water bath of about 27 to 30 degrees, because this can reduce the body temperature through the way of conduction and heat dissipation. If you bathe in cold water, the temperature is too low, it will stimulate the pores to shrink, which is not conducive to heat dissipation and pore contraction. It will also cause insufficient blood supply to important organs of the body, resulting in unexpected performance, especially for severe heatstroke.
