Lung pain 17 months after thoracoscopic pneumothorax surgery

17 months after thoracoscopic pneumothorax surgery, lung pain is considered to be mostly caused by pneumothorax recurrence. After surgery, when adhesion occurs between parietal pleura and visceral pleura, pulmonary bullae may rupture and leak after adhesion, thus causing pneumothorax recurrence. However, pneumothorax in this case is small and can be absorbed by itself.
