Baby's temperature has reached 38.5 degrees, can be physical cooling, combined with drug cooling way to control the temperature rise. If there is a fever patch at home, parents can give the child to use antipyretic patch, no fever patch on warm water bath. If necessary, give the child oral ibuprofen or acetaminophen and other drugs to treat.
