How long can hand-foot-and-mouth disease be cured, and when is it not contagious?

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a self-limiting disease, usually 1-2 weeks or so can be improved. Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is an infectious disease, mainly through faecal-oral transmission, but also through respiratory droplets transmission and close contact transmission, generally in the onset until 14 days later, it is not infectious.
