Urticaria is a localized edematous reaction due to dilation of small blood vessels in the skin and mucous membrane and increased permeability. For acute urticaria in children, most of its causes are systemic allergic reactions caused by bacterial or viral infection in children, and its systemic manifestations are a large number of wheals, edematous erythema, and children can feel severe itching. Acute urticaria can be cured in 5 to 7 days, and in severe cases it can be prolonged to 7 to 10 days.
