Can high blood pressure be cured?

There is no cure for grade 1 hypertension.

Hypertension refers to the continuous increase in blood pressure generated by blood flow. Grade 1 hypertension refers to systolic blood pressure of 140-159mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90-99mmHg. There may be a relationship between the occurrence of this disease and genetics. Since genetic factors cannot be eradicated, the disease cannot be cured. Secondly, the occurrence of the disease is related to environmental, dietary, mental and other factors. Because the above factors cannot be completely removed, it will also increase the difficulty of treatment of the disease, resulting in its inability to cure. Patients can only delay the disease through exercise, diet regulation, taking drugs and other methods to prevent further increase of blood pressure.
