What's the matter with Yin deficiency and internal heat?

Restoring health, one step at a time.
Yin deficiency internal heat may be related to exogenous pathogenic factors, improper diet, emotional disorder and other factors.
1. Exogenous pathogenic factors
such as exogenous wind cold, wind-heat, summer heat and pestilence qi may cause lung fire and stomach fire without timely treatment or improper treatment. Pathogenic factors may cause heart fire and liver fire due to improper diet.
2. Irregular diet,
like spicy stimulation or fatty, sweet and greasy products, may cause stomach heat due to long-term intake. Heat evil is transmitted through meridians to heart, liver and lung, causing excessive heat evil of the three zang-organs, resulting in yin deficiency internal heat.
3. Emotional disorder
Depression or anger may cause liver fire, liver fire ascending to trigger heart fire, which may be transmitted along meridians for a long time, affecting lung and stomach, resulting in yin deficiency internal heat.
